1. Subject matter
V8Chat provides users with an online service that enables text-based AI features, file uploads, image and audio features, web research, project-based workspaces, and other digital add-on services.
The specific scope of services depends on the booked plan and the features described within the service.
2. Registration and account
Use of the service may require registration or sign-in by magic link, password, or a comparable authentication method. Users must keep their access credentials confidential and report unauthorized access without undue delay.
3. Prices, plans, and terms
V8Chat may offer free, one-time, and recurring plans. Prices, credit quotas, terms, renewals, and add-on services are determined by the current offer displayed within the service.
Recurring plans renew automatically for the agreed period unless canceled in time or unless the specific product states otherwise.
4. Payment processing
Payments may be handled through external payment providers. There is no entitlement to a specific payment provider. The payment methods offered in the checkout at the time of purchase are decisive.
In the event of payment failures, chargebacks, returned payments, or justified suspicions of fraud, access to paid services may be restricted temporarily or permanently.
5. Credits and usage limits
Where the service uses credits, usage quotas, or feature-based limits, available usage depends on the active plan and the current balance. Certain features such as web research, image generation, or audio features may consume higher quotas.
6. User obligations
Users may not use the service unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that impairs the stability, security, or rights of third parties. In particular, unlawful content, attempts to circumvent technical limits, abusive automation, or use for prohibited purposes are not allowed.
7. AI-generated content
Responses and outputs generated by AI systems may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Users must independently review results before relying on them for economic, legal, medical, technical, or other risk-sensitive purposes.
V8Chat does not owe any specific content-related success and does not guarantee error-free AI-generated results.
8. Availability and changes
V8Chat aims for high availability of the service. Temporary restrictions, maintenance windows, technical outages, model changes, feature adjustments, or provider-related interruptions remain reserved.
The service may be developed further, adjusted, or changed in part, provided that essential contractual obligations are not unreasonably impaired.
9. Suspension and termination
V8Chat may suspend accounts or content if there is a breach of these terms, legal requirements, or security interests. The right to ordinary or extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
10. Liability
V8Chat has unlimited liability in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and in cases of mandatory statutory liability.
Otherwise, liability is limited to the typical foreseeable damage where an essential contractual obligation has been breached. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
11. Final provisions
The law of the Republic of Poland applies, excluding the CISG, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions require otherwise.
Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
